New Safety & Verification Rules Explained: What Changes This Quarter
Starting this quarter, InCallUp is rolling out a stricter identity verification flow for every new listing, along with periodic re-verification for existing profiles. Here's exactly what's changing and why.
What's new
- Government ID checks are now required before a profile goes live.
- A verified badge only appears once both ID and a live photo match are confirmed.
- Profiles are re-checked every six months to keep the badge current.
None of this changes how you use the platform day to day — bookings, messaging, and browsing all work exactly as before. The difference is invisible until you need it: a verified badge you can actually trust.
Why we're doing this now
As the platform has grown, so has the value of a verification system that clients can rely on without a second thought. This update closes gaps in the old process and brings re-verification in line with best practice across the industry.
At InCallUp, finding the right connection should be simple, safe, and honest. Browse verified profiles near you and see the difference for yourself.
